Master artist Chris Nordin collaborates with you to create custom, museum-quality glass sculptures that capture the unique story, passions, and spirit of your loved one.
Whether honoring a cherished family member, a special place, or a beloved pet, these one-of-a-kind art pieces translate precious memories into visual form—offering solace, light, and enduring beauty in your home.
Creating a custom urn is a gentle, supportive process designed to aid in your healing journey:

1.) Place Your Deposit
Custom urn orders begin with a $500 deposit on our Shop page, which acts as a direct down payment toward the final cost of your artwork.

2.) Book Your Session
Upon placing your deposit, you will receive an immediate link to Chris Nordin’s private booking calendar to schedule a virtual or in-person consultation.

3.) Design & Collaborate
Chris actively listens to your memories and story, guiding you through symbolism, colors, and structural features. Custom urns can incorporate cremation remains encased directly within the glass surface as well as enclosed securely inside the inner void.
The $500 deposit reserves your design consultation on Chris Nordin’s calendar and is applied directly as a down payment toward the total cost of your sculpture. During your consultation, Chris will discuss dimensions, materials, and design scope to establish the final pricing.
Yes. Chris can encase a variety of sacred items, including cremation ashes, locks of hair, or soil/sand from a meaningful location (such as a favorite beach or family farm).
Custom sculptures are limited only by imagination. As a master glass artist, blacksmith, and fabricator, Chris specializes in visual storytelling—whether that means sculpting a musical instrument, a nature motif, or an abstract concept.
Chris’s online calendar displays availability two weeks out at a time. If you need a date further in advance or have urgent arrangements, please reach out to our studio directly, and we will happily accommodate your schedule.
