At Sculptural Reflections, every piece we create carries deep meaning. We handle your order — and your loved one’s remains — with the utmost care, respect, and reverence.

Delivery & Signature Requirements

Due to the personal and irreplaceable nature of our memorial sculptures, all completed orders are shipped with a signature required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

If you prefer delivery without a signature, you may request this in the notes section of your order form. Please note that waiving the signature requirement transfers delivery responsibility to the recipient once the package arrives.

Care & Handling of Cremation Remains

If you choose to send a small portion of your loved one’s cremation remains to be encased in glass:

• We provide a complimentary collection kit with clear instructions.
• We ask that you send approximately one teaspoon of cremation remains.
• We recommend using USPS Priority Mail in a cardboard-sided envelope for tracking and insurance.
• Upon completion of your sculpture, any unused cremation remains will be carefully returned to you along with your finished artwork.

We understand the sacred trust you place in us. From the moment your loved one’s remains arrive at our studio, they are tracked, safeguarded, and handled with the highest level of respect and dignity.

Processing & Creation Timeline

• Custom sculptures are typically completed and shipped within two weeks of receiving cremation remains.
• Consultation-based custom sculptures follow the timeline discussed during your meeting with the artist.

You will receive shipping confirmation once your piece has been sent.
